With the Heart Knife for the Divide-O-Matic®, you can remove the center of a whole cheese in a controlled way. This center section is the most flavorful part of the cheese. By removing the center first, you can more easily cut neat, retail-ready pieces with a blunt point from the remaining cheese. This makes the cheese easier to package and prevents sharp points from drying out.
